I called for a water outage today, (the day after Thanksgiving) and the gentleman at the call center, (Kenny) was so kind and helpful. He made sure to call back for a follow up when the crew found a break in the main water line. The gentleman in charge of the crew made sure to let us know what was going on and to make sure our water was on after the repair and he was so kind and helpful as well. I had to give a shout out because of how well we were treated. Our water was back in no time. Thank you Dalton Utilities for such great!service and for hiring such great people

They gave us a notice in the mail that we had till the 19th to pay. We paid in full today but they still shut off our water. Before the date given, when I called about it the lady was extremely condescending. She told me I was wrong while reading her the notice that THEY sent. Please tell me there’s another water company we can go through in dalton.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. It’s so nasty to have to deal with people that don’t want to do their job and don’t talk right to the customer. If I’m telling you the water is leaking through on the city side because my plumber checked it already and tested the water meter don’t bark back and tell me it’s on my side not theirs.

They don’t knock when they turn the water off. I usually have the money 99% of the time to pay it I just always forget. Really annoying I could’ve paid it in front of the worker turning it off

I had a tree fall on my house last night, bringing electrical lines down with it. Dalton Utilities had someone out in about half an hour, with lines rewired and power fully restored within a few hours. I’m super grateful for the hard work of these men. They could’ve easily said they’d be back in the morning to fix it, but instead they worked through the middle of the night to get me taken care of.

As a new resident to Dalton I can't tell you how thankful I am for the services I've already received. The power lines were not properly connected to the house and they came out and fixed it quickly.

Additionally, when setting up my account Brittany was absolutely wonderful and has continued to be a huge and wonderful help when I've had questions and frozen pipes today. She went above and beyond for sure.

When our water stopped running on Sunday the person on the other end of the phone was kind and helpful (I want to say it was Dave? but I may be wrong).

Very personal, personable, kind, and just lovely service all around. Thank you guys so much! It feels like stepping back in time to when everyone was kind and helpful and genuine. Not something I expected from a utility company at all so it was a wonderful, wonderful surprise. It makes me even more excited to live here 🙂
