Went back on an agreement, waited a week to return a call about it, and only after there was contact with the installation crew. Probably wouldn't have returned the call period if not for that. Doesn't value you or your time/ property. We were told it would be an unobtrusive green box similar to the first photo, and they changed without notice to the ugly pole (much uglier in person). I can only assume (due to the lack of communication) that the second one was the plan to start and they have lied from the beginning. They claim to operate under accountability and integrity, my family's experience has had neither.

We own property in Wisconsin, got a letter from these people looking for a sit down few months back. Disregarded since we are NOT interested.Today they hung a notice on our door in ILLINOIS to contact them....no sooner than we read the notice our SON calls saying HE was just contacted by them. Our children have NOTHING to do with this property, are NOT on the deed. This is strong arm, harassment tactics and I'm about to report them. NOT interested!!

Dairyland required people to stay home. At the peak of the pandemic the CIO demanded I come into the office and I refused since everyone was told to stay home. Was given a bad time and I resigned. Now with time past I made the right decision with so many more people dying from the vaccine especially young people. This company cares about no one, PERIOD. It's a bad place with incompetent people.

Had a meeting with my folks about putting in a switch gear. Everybody agreed on a ground mount to move forward. They installed a pole top switch gear that is an absolute eye sore but it saved them some cash. Would not recommend them if you can help it. Further, I would not work cooperatively with them about planning and installing new equipment if you can help it. Horrible company that wont keep their word and they will do whatever they want to save a dime.
