This pharmacy location is horrible. I’m disgusted with the service I received from this location. The management teams needs to send everyone to training on customer service. The pharmacy technician lie, rude and they leave before the set time. I never received such horrible service. The supervisor Han wasn’t any help. I will take my business to Walgreens pharmacy. Where I’m treated like a valued customer.

Super rude hispanic lady with glasses had pharmacy drive through line backed up and had people waiting for 20 minutes. When I got to the window, she was super rude and didn’t even hear me my medication. I had to physically get out my car to get my medication. I’m not sure if she was racist, but it was a very interesting encounter. She rushed me away from the window and I could barely even grab my medication.

Horrible! Around 7:20 today I walked in with my boyfriend and his little brother because I was going to buy some makeup. My boyfriend and his brother went to roam around and look at stuff while I looked for the stuff I needed. As I was walking to look for them I see three employees gather up and they said they saw two boys stealing. There was no other two boys together in the store, I used to work at cvs so I know by law they can’t stop them the most would be to call the police, however it was infuriating that they were assuming when they had no proof! they didnt even check the cameras because we had barely gotten there. My boyfriend is honest and would never do that, he has no need for that. While I got the things I needed an elder worker went to the cash registers but instead I decided to use self checkout it said I needed assistance and when she helped me she was very rude by her tone and mannerism. It is not hard to be nice while being helpful. Honestly this place was horrible. As I was walking out I heard the elderly women say “she was in line” , since I was the only one there Im assuming it was about me, it was infuriating being there . 0 stars

This was a very cool store, they have everything from candy to alcohol to beer and wine, They also have greeting cards and breakfast cereal, they also have lawn chairs and of course all of your pharmacy needs. The store was very clean and the staff was very polite and very courteous, so if you need any of these items you can definitely get them here at the CVS in grand Terrace. Shop local, buy local, spend local.

The store is so horrible on responding to the phone they hang up on you multiple times even if you have a general question I’ve been trying to pick up my medication and all they do is they keep hanging up I’ve called and left voicemails no response horrible I’m transferring my medication out.

I enjoyed my shopping trip and prescription pick up at CVS. I do not have problems getting my prescription. It’s always ready or the staff gets my prescription ready quickly while I shop.
