I have been going to the cvs in orange beach since they opened and I have NEVER had an experience like I had recently…. Nellie the manager has absolutely no customer skills whatsoever…. She was rude and stalked me in the store and then verbally debased me in front of staff and customers…. I felt like I was in a war zone and was terrified when she stalked me out of the store…. I will be contacting my attorney to file harassment and stalking charges…. It is quite obvious she does not like people or her job and should not be on the front line representing the company.. I have been shopping at cvs since they opened and have always had a pleasant experience in every store everywhere every time. I am now terrified by Nellie and will not shop cvs again since I am afraid of walking in their store. Please look at the video coverage and make Nellie be held accountable for her actions?

The pharmacy at this location is great! I was on vacation with my family and realized that I packed my son’s medicine with only a few days of tablets remaining, and left his newly filled medicine at home. After calling the pharmacy with my dilemma, the pharmacist or tech just looked up my son’s name in the computer and said she would have the 12 pills ready within the hour. I thought it would be a long explanation, including needing to call my son’s doctor, but that wasn’t the case at all! Just a call to this cvs pharmacy and it was taken care of! The pharmacist (or tech) even used a discount card knowing that I would be paying out of pocket since I just filled with my insurance. I was so impressed that the pharmacy at this location handled everything with such ease. The pharmacy staff was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Amy in the pharmacy is beyond unfriendly ....she is rude.
3/15/23 a customer commented that Amy seemed angry . Amy's reply was "I'm tired"

My turn in line seemed to be an imposition for her also. When I gave her my information to pick up a prescription. She said "it's not ready yet."

I said ok....when do you expect it.? Amy's reply. 15 minutes.

Short...to the point ....never making eye contact as if to say don't bother me...go away.

Tired? Angry?

I don't know which but what I do know is Amy should not be a counter clerk addressing customers with this

Orange Beach, AL CVS is the best pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Very helpful. Very prompt!
