What a team! We got three quotes and the CSS team was the only one that listened to and addressed our needs. They also worked around our tight guest schedule, were competitively priced and could actually get the project started(and completed) months before the other 2 installers. They got the system up and running quickly and it looks great. They installed two arrays, one 45 panel array on the roof and one 20 panel array on the ground. I can't wait for our first Power bill!! This is a great addition to our Center and will help a lot with the energy costs! And they were actually responsible for letting us know about the 30% Tax credit for non-profits which was key to this project happening! We thank you and the planet does too!! Keep up the great work

Excellent overall experience. I had considered and researched solar for a long time and found Custom Solar Solutions. I was immediately impressed by the attention to my specific needs and wants, and the solution the team engineered for my home exceeded what I thought was possible. It took longer than I expected, mostly due to working with the utility, but the result is a system that is lowering my monthly electrical bill by adding solar and letting me decide when I draw power from the utility. Plus I now have a whole-house UPS if the utility ever goes out. The installation team was great to work with, including things like aesthetic concerns in the final installation to make sure everyone in the family was happy with the result. If some day I have another home, I know who I'll be calling to add solar there as well.

My sales experience started out great but had to switch sales rep and things quickly went downhill. I had a great experience with the first person but the second guy thinks meeting in person is a privilege only granted when you sign with this company. Fair enough, I’ll look elsewhere for solar. It’s hard to take a company who tries to use these tactics to close a deal seriously.

Very positive experience with our recently installed solar panels.
The company is very responsive. The system was designed based on our preferences for the different component suppliers (Enphase, Q Cells) and Custom Solar Solutions have been very fast in providing different design options and calculations until we freezed the final version. The sales process was very professional only the first version of the standard contact was a bit off but they adopted immediately. Fantastic project management with a dedicated project manager and great update on the status based on autmated messages. The installation went very smooth. Some smaller corrections on the symmetry of the panels have been performed immediately after we showed them to the project manager who was on site during the entire installation. Overall a great team and very friendly people. I can highly recommend Custom Solar Solutions.

I moved into our house 2 years ago which came with a solar system. This year we were in desperate need of panel cleanings. I had tried countless companies all with them either no response back or a ridiculous minimum. I reached out to Custom Solar and received a same day response. I was on the schedule for the following week. Team came out today, super professional, and easy to talk to and work with. Results look like brand new panels. They are also going the extra mile for helping setup power credits. Couldn't be happier
