Solar panels/energy wise are great. Customer service is not so great. Our entire planning/installation phase was impossible to get responses back or answers. Scheduling was not the greatest. Installation took a total of 2 whole days with about a month gap in between them. If you have questions expect not to hear back for awhile if at all. We were told we would get a check soon after our Permission to Operate was initiated, the check would cover our first years payments. It’s going on 2 months, 2 payments in and still have yet to receive anything or any answers. Their equipment company Sunnova isn’t any better with answers. Do research before committing.

To start off I was pretty skeptical about getting solar panels to be honest. However, Jeremiah was very thorough with EVERYTHING and very knowledgeable about it all. He also took the time to stop and make sure everything he was sharing was making sense and if there was any questions. He walked us through all the steps of the process. A HUGE thing as new homeowners was I really appreciated how nothing felt pressured to move forward with and we were able to discuss all our options. I appreciate Jeremiah for making things straight forward and easy.

Management needs to protect workers from being targeted by ICE. Make sure they are aware of their rights.
