Called for a quote on a tank, was told it would be a few days. It has now been over two weeks and I have heard nothing back. There has been a lot of discussion online lately about how locals should be supporting local, but if this is how the local companies operate, well I'm sorry to say that I can't support it. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This company is absolutely horrible. They lied to me three different times on what I need to get my gas filled and the lady who is the office manager yelled at me the whole time I was on the telephone and would not let me speak. I have not had any honesty from this company from day one I would suggest using anybody but them this is not how you conduct business.

The product knowledge presented by John was outstanding. I expressed concerns and usage expectations and was presented with in-depth information and was able to make a purchase with confidence. Delivery was set up and very clean, neat and efficient. I choose not to work on gas appliances and opted for installation. Appropriate parts and seals were replaced and dryer installed at a fair price and old unit hauled away. Will be returning for matching washer and a new cook top.

Overall would highly recommend! We ordered all our appliances through cumberland for our new build. We ran into some issues with our double ovens based on national supply chain issues but Kathy and Jen worked extremely hard to make it right, even offering an upgrade to meet our closing deadline! They truly care about how the customer feels! Thank you for the amazing products and offering an amazing price! Will definitely shop there again!

We needed to see a new model Cafe' refrigerator drove two hours to see the one that only they had. Loved the showroom and care they take to present very nice appliances. We could not purchase here because of our distance, but were treated as though we were a customer with great information and conversation with Jen. Really appreciated her willingness to help and advise on our choice of product.

Don't even think about buying from these people!

Sadly, I can't say anything positive about this company. I tried to purchase some expensive kitchen items and have them installed. After accepting my order and payment they dragged me along for 4 months missing every delivery commitment, blaming others and offering lazy, irresponsible excuses. After they finally received the items they were not competent enough to arrange for installation and again they ignored multiple commitments and made lame excuses.

When I asked to speak to someone senior in the company they decided that customer service and meeting commitments was not something they do. They canceled my order and refunded my payment.

My strong recommendation is to stay away from this disgrace of a company. Shop at a merchant that respects its customers and its commitments. This is not that merchant. Don't waste your time or hard earned money.

I needed several gas connections and some gas line run for my new outdoor kitchen. I called and got on their schedule (very busy in December). The guy came and l showed him what I needed, and then I had to leave. Upon my return, everything worked perfectly. The work area was left clean and orderly. Price was as expected.
