Hi I recommend Cumberland Cooling without hesitation. Will came to our home to inspect our HVAC system. He was pleasant, professional, courteous, kind, caring, and most knowledgeable about our system. He was most thorough and detailed oriented. It was a great experience! Such an amazing experience all around. The gentleman that came to my house named Will was professional, thorough and friendly. He fixed the hvac unit and took the time to explain everything to me. Including ways to care for my hvac unit that I was not aware of! Meeting Will was such a great experience that it made needing the repair (and the cold night prior) worth it.

Cumberland Cooling is the best HVAC company in Nashville. I hired them to install a new Mitsubishi heat pump when my old system failed, and they've been making planned maintenance visits ever since. They ALWAYS answer the phone, show up when scheduled, and do a good, thorough job. Polite, knowledgeable, no nonsense, just a pleasure to work with. I'll never move out of East Nashville because then I'd have to find another HVAC contractor!

Great experience with Cumberland Cooling. John Mark was awesome and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the repair. Installation was quick and thorough. Cumberland took the time to review my unit and determined the best path (repair) for my house. Definitely going to use them for my future heating/cooling needs.
