1st advertised as customer service not sales but tried it since I got hired quickly. I've been working here for a week so far. It's outbound sales or (securing leads that may lead to sales). Not hard work but can be strenuous on the mind if you're not getting enough leads to transfer to the insurance agent. Im an inbound customer service type of gal myself. Company currently expanding & currently hiring. Atmosphere is ok. Seems mature enough from what I've seen during my 1st week. Hands on training & thorough enough. Jury is still out so we will see! **Update: I don't like sales & pressure that comes with it. Felt like I was lying to the elderly to take their limited income, which was encouraged. I fought with myself, morally, daily until I quit. Not hating but I guess everybody has to have a hustle & I guess this is theirs.

I made the 90 day cut hahaha. Being my first call center job , I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would even like this scene. I absolutely love the atmosphere and how well everyone gets along. They work really well with training and making sure you get additional help along the way. Cold sales with just open leads can be difficult . Crisp connections really tries to keep the energy up by playing games and helping us all have fun. The starting pay is extremely competitive too. Above all an outstanding place to work.

I feel crisp connections is a great place to work. This is my first time working at a call center I've been with the company 8 months and must say I'm grateful for the experience. Every job has pros, cons, and rules. Yes I get calls with the people that have bad attitudes and curse at me but I also get many that thank me and are appreciative for the call. Start pay $10 after 90 days $12+, weekly bonus opportunity, M-F 8 to 5, opportunity for growth, fun work environment daily games with prizes, overtime offered including meals...and the company looks like it's still growing.

I was an initial hiree who started the week of 12/06/19, I worked there for about two weeks before they let me go stating I’m not a good fit. I showed up to work five minutes early everyday and my sales were above the sales minimum, leaking into the proficient range. Management is horrible and my supervisor Garrett and Teresa were shady. They were in it for themselves and cared nothing about the employees. I had much respect for them until they bullied me out by saying I’m not a good fit. They coach so much people, and yet do not understand that it isn’t the agents, it’s the client base. Look at my sales and compare them to the others who were barely trying. All in all, I feel like Misty Coleman was the only great person their, who wanted everyone to succeed. Those who try to work here, consider your options and go elsewhere, because management, a cold calling client base and the bonus system is horrible. All in all, I will be sueing this unethical company soon, mark my words.

I didnt have any call center jobs before this one. I was so scared the first day but the Trainer made me feel right at home. Everyone is helpful and the games we play really make the day go by fast. This is the first job that the managers come to your desk and see how you are doing and actually care about you making your numbers. Im so happy I no longer have to work weekends and nights and get to be with my kids!

Pay was okay, but only if you hit your bonuses for the week. Staff doesn’t care besides Amanda, which was my team lead. So much drama and pettiness. Definitely do not recommend working here.
