If I could give them a zero star, I would. A few days ago, they completely shut down the water for approximately 9+ hours—from morning till late at night without notifying the residents in my neighborhood!!! I mean, when is it ever okay to turn off the water for almost the ENTIRE day, let alone ALL OF A SUDDEN? This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! Someone could have taken a shower, bathe someone, do the laundry, or do something crucial that required water. Something of this level of inconvenience definitely requires some sort of notification either by mail or email. But, no, the workers had no courtesy, professionalism, and ethics to send out one. We need to hold them accountable for what they did!

Tried to register. It did not accept my data, even though I entered it exactly as it was on my bill. CVWD has a lot of nerve charging a Late Fee after making it impossible to set up Auto-pay, after their website went down
and destroyed the previous account I had that used to accept Auto-pay

The shutdown on Montrose Ave is taking longer than anticipated. No emails or apologizes. It's been 9 hours without water

Spoke with Arturo in the customer service department who was not helpful at all and provided a lousy customer experience. I was not aware of a late charge of $25 and requested it be removed. He explained that there is only 1 fee waived for the lifetime of the account, they can't waive any additional fees. For the 6 years I've lived in this community I've asked only 1 other time that fees be waived. Complete non-sense! He practically hung up on me when I asked to speak with his manager. Get your act together over there folks and stop acting like a poorly run mom and pop store!
