Creative Energy was awesome from 1st phone call to post hot tub install questions. Highly recommend. My hot tub install was a bit complicated, lots of moving pieces from deck work, electrical, old hot tub removal, and new hot tub install. Scott and Creative Energy made the entire experience amazing.

About 4 years ago we bought a Hotsprings Prodigy tub, the saltwater version, from Creative Energy, and must say it has been excellent. It took a while to get it with the supply chains disrupted, but it was worth the wait. CE installed it without incident and supported us as we went through the learning curve of taking care of our hot tub. Now, I barely do more than dip a test stick into it weekly. Love love love the super low maintenance, the powerful jets, the reliability.

3 years later and after still getting fantastic support from Scott I thought I should really write a review! We're very happy with our Hotsprings [brand] Vanguard [model] spa. Scott was fantastic from the initial advice, quotations, deliver, install & contractor recommendations. Plus practical getting advice getting up and running and maintaining the water and you name it. He is still responsive and helpful 3 years later. We've had one minor warranty visit and the technician was fantastic too. I highly recommend!

Scott Campbell at Creative Energy in San Mateo is extraordinary. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a more patient, thorough, thoughtful, supportive salesperson in my life. Scott never pushed anything on us. He ended up coming multiple times to the house, answered countless emails and text messages, was available by phone during delivery and then came the next day to give us a tutorial. I just love Scott and I don’t think we could have made such a major purchase were it not for him. We are so happy with our new hot tub.

We shopped carefully to replace our old worn out spa. We knew good service was a high priority. We chose Creative Energy because their spas are well designed and built and their people are honest and service oriented. Another nearby spa shop on El Camino had people that told us what they thought we wanted to hear, and when we checked their manuals, we found their story was not true.

We've owned our Prodigy model 8 years with no problems. Creative Energy staff have been super helpful and efficient.
