CR&R does not care if they miss pick ups. Nor will they come the following day as they promise or the next or the next.

Time to go to the city and push for a new company to take the millions of dollars we all give them.

The staff and the weekly service are great. I recently rented a dumpster for green tree trimmings. At the time of setting up service I was read all of the requirements to which I agreed. I requested a call 30 minutes before delivery and pickup because my home has no driveway except in an alley. I work from home and am often on business calls. Neither at delivery or pickup did I receive a 30 minute warning only when they arrived. I am not allowed to leave the dumpster on public property for very long and I have had problems in the past with people putting items in my rolling carts causing a missed pickup. At delivery I was able to walk out during a call and meet the truck. At pickup I missed the call and the truck. It was my mistake for not leaving the gate unlocked and I incurred a $37.50 service charge. My problem is the unwillingness to give a 30 minute warning call when I am given a 12 hour window. You cannot have it both ways. If I just roll the dumpster out in the morning without knowing when you are coming it chances unauthorized persons putting unwanted items which I would be charged for or getting a ticket from the city for having the dumpster blocking fire department traffic.

My recycle waste cart was broken so I requested a new cart and waited for two months. Their instruction was keep the broken bin outside on the scheduled day until they come back and replace it with the new one. Unfortunately, I couldn't have the new cart yet and my broken cart is still standing outside for a week. I don't know what do to next... It is usual things happen anywhere because the waste contractors have contract with the local government, not with the individual customer because the city has only one option for the service in the area. Between CR&R and Waste Management company, they don't compete each other, instead they have their own territories and not bother each other. It's a monopoly.

This is the 4th Incident with CR&R Waste. Last time I spoke to Upper Management and he assured that my trash will be picked up. Tomorrow the Sweeper passes by and to avoid getting a Ticket, have to move the Trash Can myself.
CR&R is quick to get their funds, but they lack in Service. I wanted to give them Zero Stars, but couldn't. I will follow up tomorrow with Better Business Bureau again to file another complaint with CR&R.

This place is horrible and their food workers who pick up trash constantly skip my house. I’ve called on 4 different occasions. Their management doesn’t handle the calls well either and give you attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would . Do better !

They swear up and down with they're gps tracked trucks they've stopped by at my business but I have a dumpster full of bags over two weeks. This is the 5th time this has happened in the past 4 months. I will be contacting BBB on this.

Always on time and good service. Family owned businesses always seem to do better in customer service.
