We've had Country Wireless since 2020. I could not work from home without them and am very grateful to have this service in a rural area. The service has been excellent. There have been a few dropped connections, but all we're because of external factors like lightning, rodents or my router dying. All we're fixed quickly. The only feedback I have is to make the service more available to people not in sight distance of the towers like my neighbors.

Country Wireless has a monopoly and they know it. Service is NOT a priority. Seems every technical/mechanical issue is classified an "act if God" so you can be without Service a week at a time and still be required to pay your bill in full. Try calling sometime. Full of excuses, no corrective measures in a timely manner. Their maintenance schedule seems to be strictly 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. If your internet gets interrupted during a weekend, don't even bother trying to call...you will pay a premium and nothing will get resolved until Monday anyway. If you have ANY service options, run as fast as possible from Country Wireless.

They responded to this review in exactly the same manner as every other technical issue we have ever encountered: It's beyond our control...you have unattainable expectations....you are merely inconvenienced (shows complete lack of understanding with regard to absolute necessity of internet service just to maintain daily household, i.e. online bill payments, all TV now streaming, etc. NOT to mention work-from-home scenario)...meanwhile, claim to be the victim and taking heroic efforts to provide minimal service. I can't help but notice how efficient their accounts receivable department has become over the course of the past few years.

Worst customer service ever. Internet is always in and out normally daily. You call and they always say everything looks good on our end. Was told multiple times it was our router. So finally we went and bought the best apple router and guess what still no change. Now when we call it's still not them it's us with to many devices connected to the router. We also went almost 2 weeks with almost no speed due to an issue with one of there towers. We were suppose to get a bill credit. That never happened and of course there was no documentation of that. Now we found another company and they won't let us out of our contract. We have called monthly for months very unhappy and they could care less. Would never recommend this company. Hughes net now covers almost everyone and there speeds are much faster for a lot cheaper.

If you have another option for internet, ANY option, contract with them instead!! Terrible customer service! Horrible communication within the company. For the past two years, I've heard nothing but excuses, excuses, excuses. The internet service itself is pretty good, but if you have an issue, don't count on it being rectified in a timely manner. They also like to show up unannounced to switch out equipment. Very unprofessional in my opinion!
*Editing to add: we have purchased THREE new routers since we've had internet service with Country Wireless. That is always their answer..."it's on YOUR end, it's the router"...but after reading many other reviews, I see that's a common excuse for them. When we had Selk at our old residence, we used the same router for YEARS, never needing replacement.

Amazing people willing to go the extra mile to help you. Tami, Cal, Clint are all amazing people who care about their customers as people and not as a paycheck. Tami is very helpful and do whatever it takes to make her customers happy. Cal is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Clint is more then happy to accommodate. Small town business feel with open doors that welcome you in but big town service. They can make it happen!! Super happy I have service here and will continue.
