First time ever setting up and account so I was a little confused as to what I was doing but Katie S. helped every step of the way. She was kind, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. People like Katie make me extremely excited to do business with such a company. Her customer service is incredible and I wish more customer service workers took a page from her book!

We were playing phone tag with other plumbers for months before we tried Cota & Cota. We weren't receiving oil service from them, but they agreed to sign us up for plumbing contracts.

I'm so happy they did.

What happened next has been a nightmare scenario of plumbing problems. We have acidic well water and 30-40 year old copper piping. We experienced failure after failure, pinhole leaks, and other issues. Right now we're expecting to do a full pipe replacement.

Cota & Cota were there every time to fix the issue within 48 hours. They've been to our house at least six times in the past two months to help us, so we haven't had to go without water despite our many plumbing issues. They're always professional, courteous, and transparent about what they are doing.

My understanding is that it's unusual for them to offer plumbing services to people who aren't oil customers. I'd recommend becoming an oil customer of theirs JUST so you access their plumbing services. It's been top notch.

Had my heating system cleaned and serviced today ... for its annual check-up The team who came to my home were knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns ... fabulous high quality customer service. Last week, I asked for two deliveries, one for propane and one for kerosene, on my property. Somehow the propane delivery got made, with emergency costs, of course, but not the kerosene delivery. We haven't had water for two days and have used a salamander, thinking that both deliveries had been made. Now Cota and Cota will come out but they are charging me their extremely high emergency fee as well as the cost of the kerosene up front. It boiled down to my word against the dispatcher's and the customer is always wrong.
