I looked for an electric motor rebuild/repair in the area and this company was one of several that popped up. I sent a repair request and within 24 hours I received a response. I brought the motor in this morning and I was given a quote and a time frame…it couldn’t have been any easier. I will report back once I receive the finish product. I’m a small business owner myself and I appreciate friendly and efficient business like this one.

Dropped a small motor off for a simple cord replacement. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days. After the 5th day I placed a call and was told that they would call when it was done.

Waited another week and called again. This time I was told they would check it out and call me right back. After waiting for an 1hr to hear back I went to go check it out in person. The motor was sitting on the desk where I left it 2 weeks ago. Grabbed it and left. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Filthy , unorganized shop.

Good luck getting them to back up the work. We got our motor repaired and went out after 6 months. Wanted to charge to look at and rebuild again. My other motor before lasted 12 years. I would not recommend using them.
