I have lived in many different places and the ladies here in the office have been awesome and some of the nicest to deal with! Sweet and accommodating. I have never been met with anything other than a willingness to make my stay better and less stressful.

I had a couple things that needing tending to in the first few months ( normal things) and everyone was prompt in their response. Maintenance guys have always been helpful and attentive with good attitudes.

I always see the grounds keepers out doing their job and the apartment grounds are kept tidy. Sometimes the trash bins fill up- but there is nothing they can do to control the amount of trash out-put, residents not breaking down boxes etc and the schedule of the pick up days. So- that is not on them- in my opinion. Never really that bad considering how many people are living here.

I have not used any of the facilities- though I should since I am paying for them- but from what I have seen. 2 thumbs up!

I have literally wrote less than 5 reviews in my life, but I felt they should be praised and appreciated for their efforts.

Thank you! I hope this is the last move I do for a few years and would happy to stay here for the longer haul!

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. This apartment complex is a joke, owed $700+ for minor paint scuffs and “heavy floor cleaning”(mopping) Absolutely outrageous. Also the AC’s here are terrible. If you like to sleep with the AC below 75 GOOD LUCK. Would never recommend this place to anyone

this place is really the nicest you can find in carlsbad the nicest I've lived in anywhere. The apartments are very modern looking, stainless steel appliances, fantastic maintenance services, and even though my neighbors are a family of five with two big dogs, I hardly ever hear them because the soundproofing is quite good. Because of the design, my apartment feels much bigger than it is and it's a nice place to come home to at night. The community is quiet because a lot of the residents work in the oil fields, and finding a parking space space is never an issue. An indoor and an outdoor pool +2 hot tubs and they well-maintained fitness room are just additional icing on the cake. In regards to security, I've never had a problem plus they have a security person who regularly drives around the complex. There are also multiple law-enforcement officers who live in the complex and bring their cruisers home with them so I always feel super safe.

The Copperstone Apartments is the best apartment complex in Carlsbad, NM. The landscaping is beautiful, with a 24 hour gym, a pool outside with a hot tub, an indoor pool with a huge hot tub outside of the pool area, a bunch of electric grills (that maintenance crews keep nice and clean), the customer service at the office is top tier, every single person on the maintenance crew is so nice and knows what they are doing. I've been impressed from the very beginning. Also, maintenance requests (most of the time) get immediate attention. I've never had to wait more than 72 hours for a problem to be fixed. There's even a small business center in the back corner of the office with a computer and printer to use at your convenience during business hours. I love it!

Loved living here for the last year, we have all the hot tubs!! The pools are sweet! They got garages and covered parking and they keep everything around here 💯. I’ll be here for a while or until my girlfriend says yes and we go and buy a house!! 😂 I love it here and everybody watches out for each other, great place to live

I've lived here for the past nine months. The location is nice and modern. There are two pools, one in-doors and the other outdoors, on-site fitness facility and a number of areas for grilling and socializing.
I really like the quiet nature of the property and the friendly nature of the staff and residents.

We have been at Copperstone for over a year now. I’d like to say it is the cleanest apartment complex in Carlsbad. They have gazebos with grills around every corner!
The pool is kept clean year around indoor and outdoor!
We have never had a problem with neighbors. Security is on the property every night until morning! It’s a great reassurance.
The maintenance here is also the best. They stay on call and respond immediately when there has been minor issues.
Just want to say if you are thinking about copperstone, give them a try!

When I think of Copperstone Apartments I think of home. My family and I recently moved to Carlsbad from over 10 hours away and it's our first experience being in an apartment complex which made me nervous at first but I can't say anything bad about these apartments. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful from the very moment I called to inquire about renting, the cleanliness of the apartments is on point, and it's very quiet and peaceful here. Not only that but the apartments have grills on site, a beautiful outdoor pool with a Jacuzzi, an indoor pool, a playground for the children that reside here to enjoy, basketball court, and a fenced in dog park for dog owners to utilize at their leisure. I would recommend Copperstone a hundred times over to anyone looking for living arrangements in Carlsbad. It's not just about looking for a place to live, it's about finding a place to call home. What a blessing it is to reside at Copperstone.
