I am bipolar and have hard time with new people/places… everyone there was so friendly and welcoming…. The doctor was great at the explaining everything… highly recommend

The front staff was very nice and efficient. Dr Vallepu nurse was very thorough with in-take info, so when Dr.Vallepu got into the room she had all my information in front of her. She explained the different CGM’s on the market and we decided on one. She answered all my questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable with her.

Dr Vallepu is thorough with explaining what's going on and listens to any concerns i may have. She didn't hesitate with giving referrals when needed. The nurses and staff are all very nice and polite. The only downfall is the lack of space in the waiting area, not enough seats.

So very happy with Dr Pittampalli and the staff. I have been able to get my numbers down in the range that is more healthy with the help of the changes made. I feel like they are concerned with my over all health. Would highly recommend them.

Clinical experience is good. However I arrived on time (not withstanding a torrential downpour), checked and sat in an empty waiting room. Two patients came in. After a few minutes, both were called back. I continued to wait, thinking they were there for a short encounter (i.e. blood draw). Finally was called. This is what regularly happens. I might as well show up 15 minutes late, it won’t make any difference.

Dr.P was extremely knowledgeable and very nice and attentive to my questions. She had an air about her that said I know what I'm talking about,but at the same time she was not arrogant. All the staff were very encouraging and very polite.
