It took too long to complete. I know there were supply issues, but I felt like if I didn't contact them I wasn't updated. Communication is very important to me. Otherwise the install was great and the crew was amazing. They did upgrade me and I am thankful for that. I think they are having more business than they can handle, but I would totally recommend them.

He did not charge anything.. because in the end there was not a problem.. if I had waited the light would have turned to Auto green again.
