- I purchased the solar panels for $20,000.
- Complete Solar initially advertised that the solar panels will be activated 8-10 weeks from my closing date. My closing date was October 17, 2024.
- I have spent at least 1.5 hours each time I have called their customer service line waiting for an answer alone, and when I finally get a person on the phone, their answers regarding timeline to activate are vague and differ each time. I have called 4 times each.
- the first time I called they said it would take 8-10 weeks from closing to activate. The second time I called they changed their answer to 6-8 weeks from submission of application for permission to operate. The third time I called they said they "cannot give me a specific timeline." The fourth time I called I waiting again for 1.5 hours and hung up before talking to someone. I called PGE Solar and they said they never even received an application from Complete Solar for permission to activate even though 2 people from Complete Solar said they submitted it.
- I have emailed and done all the necessary steps on my part.
- I have spent over $500 a month on electricity due to having an EV car which defeats the purpose of having one.
- not to mention, all three of my neighbors are experiencing this same delay
- very frustrating, still have no solar panel EIGHTEEN weeks later.
- I spoke with Sean Winslow over the phone who seemed very nice, but once he gave me his email to continue correspondence, he did not reply for months. The other woman I spoke to on the phone refused to give her name.

This is the worst company ever and the authorities need to step in. It have been a month of trying to get my roof fix. Complete solar have destroyed my house. My daughter room now have mold spreading, and so is the rest of my house. Spoke to Jesus who told my that Omnidian who I have been communicating with have not send them the pictures that I have been sending them. I had to go through the entire heavy rain before and after the hurricane with water coming in my house as a result of the poor job done on installing solar panels. This company is fraud and need to be thoroughly investigate. I have pictures attached with the mold, water damage, and roof damage cause from the installation of the solar panels. My daughter was rushed to the hospital today, she have asthma an vome to find out the mold in the house is affecting them. This was reported in the beginning to Omnidian Technical Support Team [email protected] who supposedly are monitoring the system. They don't care and complete solar don't care.

Worst company I’ve ever delt with. I purchased a new home and had to use this company. I’ve had nothing but problems with my solar product. Every time I attempt to call to get a technician they state I’ve called the wrong team. Then I’ll need to wait on hold for another hour + to talk to some one just to get transferred again. Nothing but problems and I do not recommend. Once I finally did get a technician scheduled they no called no showed after I had to take vacation off work to be available for the day. If you are interested in solar. Just go with another company.

This is the worst company ever. For a month I have been calling and emailing them that my solar is not working. I have got nothing or I get transferred and goes right to voicemail. Update. My solar still does not work correctly. Missing equipment. When I finally get a hold of someone they transferred me to a line that hangs up. All the numbers I had for them do not work or get voicemail for a full box. I have reached out to my lawyer who will be filling a lawsuit. I paid in full and my system does not even work correctly. I am also filing a claim with BBB.

I wish there was a way to put negative stars but in the thousands of companies I've interacted with in my life for customer service related issues, this company I can say with confidence is the worst and absolute trash. Anyone you email just has a templated message to reach out to another person and if you are lucky to get response weeks to months after your initial concern, it will be a generic message and then expect silence for weeks if you requested a follow up since undoubtedly that's what happens. I have been trying to reach anyone in this department for why my activation application to the utilities has not been placed. Nobody in this company feels the need to respond promptly or have respect for a customer's time. This is about the 10th time trying to call them. I've had upper level management from my builder also reach out to COMPLETE solar management and they don't bother to respond either.make me wonder if this is just company culture? I am passing 12 weeks since close of escrow and all I hear is lies about urgency and timelines. There customer service line will keep you on hold for hours just to disconnect you. It's as if they are deliberately unable to handle customer service. I think there is enough to report this excuse of a company to the BBB.

Worst experience so far! I wish i could give negative stars!
Its been 4 months since we moved into our new home and ~a year since we paid for solar and i have no freaking clue whats going on! I cannot get hold of any customer care reps, they transfer me and put me on hold for hours and there is nobody to talk to get an update.
This is so dysfunctional and absolute nightmare to deal with! I wish they declare bankruptcy and close shop - they shouldnt be in business!

I gave one star because zero is not an option. My stucco has been missing since October 2022. I signed contracts 2 years ago. They are still not done. They send workers out on a Sunday, but the company is not open. Today, they shut off my power for 2 hours. I was not informed. Now my refrigerator isn't working. I have no way to contact them. Their voice-mail is full. Avoid this company at all cost!

WORST SOLAR EXPERIENCE!!!

Absolute nightmare of a company to work with. They sell you their product/dream but when the roof leaks, etc, after sales service is HORRENDOUS. It has been almost 2 years my panels have been installed but still cannot get a resolution. No one replies emails, no phone call is replied when voicemails have been left. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I had to spend 9 months calling and emailing the energy company to get my system up and running because Complete Solar does absolutely nothing to help. They also owe me months of reimbursement checks that have not been paid out. This is a JOKE of a company! Forget about trying to get in touch with them even on FB or LinkedIn.
