Customer Service is extremely rude and hateful. They don't care nor to they try to help. This is the worst company in the entire world. They need another co-op in this area to give them a run for their money. They absolutely to not care for the customers, all they care for at the end of the day is the bottom line and making sure they get their money. Very hateful company and the main guy won't even bother to get on the phone with the customer.

As for Tifton, they are Very rude to customers. No sympathy for the old and sickly, and will not communicate for any reason what's so ever before cutting off the electricity that you already pay hundreds for. What's two hundred more to reconnect them? Nothing to them, not their problem!

As for NASHVILLE, keep up the good work! EXTREMELY polite each and every time!

Was not very compassionate with my grandmother who recently passed but when she was in service with them they would just cut off her lights without warning whenever she forgot to pay the bill even though we told them she had to be on oxygen 24.7
