We are very disappointed with the service this company is providing. We need a pole and a line put up so we can run electricity to our home. It’s been almost a week and no work order was put in. Finally got the order put in to be told they have to clear vegetation. If they would have communicated that with us we could cleared it ourselves. Since we have been having bad storms this week, they have outages that come first. I completely understand that, but we don’t have electricity either. So we don’t matter to this company, after all the money we have spent out over the last 8 years. Georgia Power would never disappoint like this.

Lost power at 1015 Wed am 08/30. Today is 09/01 and we haven't had power for 50+ hrs. I looked at the app and it didn't show our area having a power outage. So I called it back in to report we had an outage. With these "new" smart meters, seems like they would have a computer program that would tell them who has a power outage or not.

I would give them no or negative stars if I could!

I wish we had another electric company to choose from like Ga Power!

Adel Emc has always been very cooperative. Recently had a light pole put up and they customer service was great. The ladies who work in the office have been nothing but good to me and my family.

Looks like if we pay our power bill every month colquitt emc could do their jobs and take some of these trees away from power lines on crumpton Rd in Lenox if you breathe hard power goes out no matter how minimum the wind is and stays out wish I could switch to a different electric company

Paid bill in valdosta and asked when next payment was due valdosta said end of month yet adel cut it off on 10 now added 30 to my bill...I have yet to recieve any of our lights bills to our adress and everymonth my cut off day seems to change and be earlier and earlier everymonth...I feel if we have a deposit of 425 how could it be legal to cut a customer off for a balance of 147... Wish we all had options for where to get our electric from.. Hard working people shouldnt be treated like thier lives dont matter.
