Worst power company ever . My bill doesnt even make since how does the power go out for a whole day then I turn around my bill $200 dollars more then the last month and I had christmas lights on in december with out any outages. If your moving and they only have this power I would definitely find another location where there not involved. No credits for power outages or nothing .

This company is the WORST by far. The power where I live is forever going out. Literally like every week there is an outage. And if it storms, the power is going out for sure. The rates are super high! There's no way my bill should be so high just for me and my 3 yr old. I'm very conservative and my bills are still atleast $200/ month. It's ROBBERY. This company should definitely be Investigated. They're crooks

This is by far the WORST power company I ever had. I live alone and I’m barely home. I leave everything unplugged etc. My bill is 400 a month for the last 5 months. I wasn’t even home the whole month of DEC and it was still 400. I have no choice but to use them and they don’t even care enough to figure out the problem. I’ve been with them the last two years my bill has never been over 130. They don’t find it weird for my bill to almost triple. The customer service lady told me it’s because it’s cold outside so they have to charge more for heat. ITS A SCAM !!!!!!

AND THE POWER ALWAYS GOING OUT !!!!

My bill is extremely high. I have been overcharged since I started this service. They won’t check the meters. Another contractor came out and looked at the meters and saw that someone was stealing power from my meter but somehow I’m still responsible for the payment. They added 400$ onto my bill for late fees. This company is by far the worst. I wish Ga power serviced my complex, I’ve never had this kind of issue with ga power.

This company needs to be investigated. Someone from high up need to come down and put a microscope on them. There is an obvious issue here, starting with lack of compassion for the people who pay for their services, and customer service. People are committing suicide because they can't make ends-meat and these people still won't work anything out with you. If they wasn't so high, which I think they are over charging the people, than it wouldn't have to be an issue to make payments. This is the most expensive utility company I have ever use, with so little customer service, and people skills.Georgia Power needs to buy them out!

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I called customer service and a customer service representative named Vanessa answered the phone and was rude and very sarcastic on the phone. I was calling because I was overcharged on my light bill because I haven't even been in my apartment and they just charged me because it was cold outside and they assumed everyone would have their heat blasting and just pay for the increase. My heat wasn't on because I wasn't even there, but a few hours each day due to me picking up hours for Christmas. When I tried to explain this, she sarcastically said, "Well, it's pretty cold out there to not have heat on sir". I wasn't there and I'm from a place where it gets colder, the heat wouldn't be on period. There's no customer support or manager you can call either. You just have to pay whatever they send you or get your lights cut off, even if the bill is wrong.

The people in the office are nice but don’t expect a lot of help with anything more than paying your bill or answers to any questions. My electric bill here is - by far - the highest I’ve ever paid anywhere.

I started my service with this facility August 24th.
I have experienced nothing but inaccuracy with my bill.
Payments I have made toward the account is not reflecting on the bill.
Also, the bill is showing inaccurate readings.
I never had any problems with Georgia Power!
This company is not very detailed oriented.
What your bill there is very suspicious activity going on here!
