Put $18 in the change machine, got $14.75 back. Then one of the machines took $2.00 and quit taking money and I could not get the $2 back. There is no phone number to call or contact for issues.

I was at the laundromat today. Me everything going OK till it come to dry my clothes. The bottom door of the dryer fell off and hit me in the leg. I'm 65 years old and it did injure me in the machine. One mark I had lost $4 and then I had to take my clothes out and put them in another dryer. Very unhappy customer will not return to this laundromat.Again needs some work and some updates

I came to the laundromat today at 11:30 to wash one load of clothes I put it in the first wash $10 I got down to $3.75 remaining in the washer and it would not take no more money so I switch from that washer to the one next to it and it the second one said error and there was still wet clothes and soap in it so I took it out and.
I FINALLY GET THE 3RD WASHER DOOR TO OPEN. THE CLOTHES ARE STILL VERY WET. I PUT IN DRYER.... AND LOAD & BEHOLD I SPLIT THE SMALL LOAD INTO 2 DRYER SO IT CAN DRY "MAYBE"
AND THE 1ST DRYER IS SO FAR SO GOOD
HOWEVER THE 2ND DRYER IS SOUNDING LIKE ITS GONNA ROLL RIGHT OUT OF THE CAGE & RUN AWAY.
THE KIND lady that just came in to wash. Told me all the dryers with the X ON TH DONT WORK.......
WELL WHO KNEW.
$35.00. for 1 small load.

Half the machines don’t work. I lost 10$ on the big machine and couldn’t contact anyone for a refund because the phone number doesn’t work and there’s no attendant. Never coming back here, I recommend you find another place to do laundry

I know that the coin laundry has to make money. I know that rents are high and so is overhead like power and water. But I do believe that the price for the washers is ridiculous.
