Excellent service and great people to deal with. They came out, listened to my needs and helped me save money doing it. Chris is very nice guy, accommodating to what we needed. Crew was very helpful and good guys. I received a quote for 2 1/2 times the amount they charged me from other company. Have another project coming up; will be definitely using them.

If you are new to the area. You might want to look at Hall Propane. After the hurricane we called first thing Monday to get on the delivery route. No schedule. So I called back and it was clear the man on the other end was not going to help me. They did not know where they were going to be that day? Really? I temped for an oil company in 1998, they had scheduled back then I am sure they have them now. I would have been fine with some honesty… we live a couple miles from downtown and on a dirt road and we are some of the last without power. We are new. No connection. We both work from home. If you’re in a pinch you can’t count on them having your back.
But I love the oil changes at the local cockerham conscience stores. They have always been nice.

Very friendly and helpful folks in the office. Skilled and knowledgeable service and installation crew to support all of your LP gas appliances. Some heaters and other appliances for sale in their store. They will also fill your portable bottles at the store. They will monitor your home tank and fill it as necessary if you select this service, which also gets you 30 day terms on the propane bill if you are a homeowner, a nice neighborly feature I have never seen from any other propane vendor I have ever used.

Met a gentleman from your company I believe Dave. Approached myself and my crew and stated that he's been out and about all day delivering fuel to customers and sees all of us ground and line crews and just wanted to thank us for all our hard work we've been doing.
To the owners of Cockerham Energy, please acknowledge this gentleman for his hard work too. I am well aware of all the hard work you all are doing as well. Many places are running on generators that still need refueling and access to them us often times difficult.
It's a relief to know that you employ such kind and appreciative employees.

Everyone at Cockerham Energy has been fabulous! Chris made the entire process so easy. He helped me pick out the firebox and logs I needed, got them in a very short timeframe, and even worked with the person building my fireplace to coordinate the install. Then Eddie and Cory came out to do the installation. They could not have been nicer or more pleasant and professional. Handled the install of the tank and pipes and the logs and burner effortlessly. When everything was ready, Eddie was so patient explaining how it all worked, even though he must have gone through it a thousand or more times before with other customers. Denise followed up with a phone call and continued the streak of niceness. Excellent job all around at this company.

If you want fast, efficient, professional service, then call Cockerham Energy. I called to have a backup generator hooked up and they came out promptly. Moreover, they helped me coordinate an electrician so the entire job could be done in one morning. Eddie and Zach are knowledgeable professionals and they conduct themselves in a friendly and courteous manner. While hooking up the generator, they discovered a potentially hazardous issue not related to the job they were doing and instructed me on how to fix it. They went beyond what was required of them to help me out and I greatly appreciated it. They are two fine young men. I will only use Cockerham Energy from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone needing home services.
