Love Cobb EMC!!! From reliable service, great customer service, to quick restoration and member appreciation celebrations (free fair tickets!) they're the best in Georgia.

Personally I experienced a power outage one day due to another utility company severing our underground line. It was a hot summer day and due to the outage we had no AC. We were the only house on our block affected. They came out to fix it in a very timely manner and fixed it within a few hours. Thank you!!

They could care less about their customers, yet they call you their "loyal customers" as they are telling you to piss off and they just want their money. If you have a problem with your bill, or have a discrepancy, or anything other than straight paying the bill regardless if it's an error on their end, then expect to go from loyal customer to nothing but a number, and that number is total amount due immediately!!!!!! and loyal customer goes out their window real quick in their eyes. Your only considered a loyal customer if you give them all your money even when they charge you wrong. I'm moving just to get the hell away from Cobb EMC and to a Georgia power serviced area.

About Duran.I am so grateful Cobb EMC hired Duran. He is a true representative of Cobb EMC's commitment to their customers. My Mom lost power and I was a half hour away. Duran was there and restored Her power in less than 15 minutes after the call. Thank You Duran and Cobb EMC.

I just wanted to send a THANK YOU! We were affected by the storm this morning (2/16 - 4am), and it took our power out. By the time my family and I woke up (around 8am) the power was already back on! Thank you all for what you do and working so hard! Never even had to report the outage. Area: 30060

Really wish this company would be more like Georgia power when it comes to the powers being shut off and as soon as you make the payment the power cuts right back on. I made my payment as soon as it was shut off called to make sure my home was on the reconnect list. 3 hours later power is still not on. You all can’t even tell me when Bermex will be here to turn back on. I work remote and have a newborn. It shouldn’t take this long for reconnection especially when the driver is in the area!

Amazing !! I have been with Cobb EMC for 5 years . And without going to to personal they are an amazing , compassionate , caring company . They truly care about their families and will do whatever needs to be done within their limits . I would suggest Cobb EMC to any and everyone . They truly care about everyone they provide electricity too !!!!
