Something has to be done about this place. You have to wait in a line to pay to dump your stuff and then you have to wait in another line to actually dump your stuff because people are driving up in UHaul vans and big box trucks to drop off “residential” trash and getting in the passenger car lines. I just want to drop off a few bags of trash. I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes AFTER I pay on a Saturday morning to dump six bags of trash, especially when I already had to wait in a line just to pay. They just raised the rate to dump trash here (it’s now $14), so why aren’t they improving the level of service

line has not moved for 30 minutes now. It's now $14 for an unknown wait time. As a paying resident of Cobb County, I find it frustrating that GFL choose to prioritize commercials, who seem to get a fast track

People who work here are nice. Always have been helpful and polite with us. But waiting time is always over One Hour. Especially Mondays/Fridays. Need some work to upgrade ASAP. We don't pay all these taxes for nothing, right?

This is an absolute clusterfuck. I've been here over an hour so far and theres been zero movement in 30 minutes. Big trucks with Dot# and u haul trucks and people taking their time seems to be a hugh issue . This is definitely a government facility and need to be overhauled. Also this should be for Cobb residents only. Do better Cobb County.

Been sitting here waiting to dump my trailer it’s been 2 hours on Monday and haven’t even made it inside to dump. This is the worst landfill I’ve ever been to in Georgia. If it takes this long to get inside to dump what do these people do here? Work is definitely not one of them. Everyone here does nothing but stand around. Been sitting in this same place for 45 minutes. NEVER come HERE

If you catch it at the right time it’s fine but if you hit it wrong forget about it. Staff said after holidays was a slower time and that mornings cleared faster than afternoons.
