Matt at Coastal Solar was great and so was Grace in the office. Matt was able to come out the next day which was perfect for us and faster than any other company. We purchased a house with solar already installed but it wasn’t working. Matt was able to get it working in about an hour and then got us set up with an account so we could log in and see how much electricity we are producing.

Matt knew exactly what he was doing and we wouldn’t call anyone else for any of our solar needs. I have complete confidence in Coastal Solar!

I’ve been a customer of coastal solar since 2013 and have nothing to say but good things about my experiences with them. They are a family owned business and it shows in their customer service. The riege family and Matt in particular have been attentive to my needs, be it an inverter replacement, adding additional panels or helping me with setting up WiFi production monitoring. They even went above and beyond to prepare a report for my insurance company in regards to a claim and didn’t ask for any compensation. There are a lot of solar companies out there but none even approach the level of coastal solar.

Coastal Solar installed my Tesla battery backup, I already had solar installed. They were capable, competent, friendly and professional. They always called to make appointments and always came on time. Within a few days of cutting over, SCE shutdown power for safety purposes but I had full power from the batteries and for the next two power outages. I was almost embarrassed that while my neighbors were dark for days at a time, I had full power. I could not recommend Coastal Solar more.

The installation team was professional and experienced. The team installing the transfer and battery equipment were the best. But most of all the results were exactly what I wanted. The system does exactly what was expected and promised. I chose Enphase equipment. The web interface and system performance pages are excellent.

Coastal Solar did an amazing job installing my new panels and Powerwall. They arrive on time, the employees are very courteous and knowledgeable and they take great pride in their work. At the end of each day they clean up and sweep up so you would never know they were there. I highly recommend them!

Taylor was amazing to work with. Even though we had some issues with our battery and the inverter, Taylor was able to help me work with the manufacturers to get replacements for my system at no cost. He did a great job on the installation and even took care of the programing of the new systems. Great guy!
