Recently purchased a condo with the Coastal Green Air energy system. The concept of the system is great. The system installed in my condo includes the Air and Heating system control, the hot water heater shut off, the shut-off valve for the water supply coming in the condo, and a number of water leak detection sensors. There have been no complaints on the condo regarding the Air and Heating system or hot water. I had the chance to meet the owner, Joe, yesterday when he came on a service call. I requested the service call to explain the system and have the batteries replaced in the various sensors that control the system as a preventative maintenance. Joe was very friendly and professional. He knows this system. Joe and Coastal Green Air are a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the Coastal Green Air system Joe personally installed in our Gulf Shores condo. The pandemic hit just before our scheduled installation so decided to hold off thinking we wouldn't have any rental income for a few months. I recently bought a condo in Orange Beach and since its an investment property, I wanted to have the A/C turn off automatically when a door opened and also control the room temperature when no one was there. Joe Owens, the owner of Coastal Green Air, proposed the exact solution I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I attribute this to the impeccable service from this company. I live 600 miles away and anything that I need is only a phone call away. We had stayed in several rental houses on west beach while renovating our house that had systems installed by coastal green air. I liked the program that insured the doors and windows would remain closed and protect the house from dangerous humidity not to mention wasted energy by doors being left open.
