My fiancé and I have went through hell on a home warranty issue regarding our AC going out through this heat wave. Bought a foreclosure 6 months ago and have a AC unit that stopped working. Called fidelity who our home warranty is through and they have been the worse to deal with. I do not recommend.

They took almost a month to tell us that the unit is under manufacturer warranty still while we had no AC and with a 3, 5, 6, and 7 yr old we have been without ac for a month and in between that, they sent out a local company that was here 3 times who were prob just trying to make money on coming out. It would work for a night and then stop.

We finally got ahold of a business by recommendation from the manufacturer, the business is Climate Energy Solutions. The service technician whose name is Jeremy Neal. He was outstanding in every way! Professional, courteous, polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable and apologetic for us having to deal with issues that weren’t his fault! I wish we had this company and technician from the beginning.
I highly recommend Jeremy Neal and if all technicians were as stand up and strait forward as he was then I would have more faith in this industry. Thank you Jeremy!
