I had my original appointment with Clear Spectrum Windows/Irwindale Windows Co a little over two weeks ago, scheduled with the owner, Adi. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to parking issues, which I thought was a minor hiccup. Fast forward to today: I called to set up a new appointment, and the representative assured me that they could accommodate me on Monday before 10-12 pm, which worked perfectly for my schedule.

However, things took a turn for the worse. On Sunday at 4:00 pm, I received a phone call from someone I believe was named Adi, who informed me that the company does not service my area. This was baffling to me, as I had successfully scheduled my appointment just two weeks prior. If they truly do not service my area, why was I able to secure an appointment in the first place? This inconsistency raises serious questions about their business practices and reliability.

Moreover, I can’t help but feel that this sudden change in circumstances might be rooted in something more troubling, perhaps even racially motivated. It’s disheartening to consider that my location might have influenced their decision to withdraw service, especially since I live in a diverse neighborhood that should be treated with the same respect and consideration as any affluent area.

Additionally, I want to mention the technician who visited two weeks ago. While he was polite, it felt like he was more focused on overselling products that were clearly out of my budget rather than understanding my needs. This gave me the impression that Clear Spectrum prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, which is a huge red flag for any service-oriented business.

In summary, my experience with Clear Spectrum Windows has been deeply disappointing. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone, especially those who don’t live in affluent areas like Beverly Hills. If their service is inconsistent and potentially discriminatory, I would advise others to seek alternatives that truly value all customers regardless of their location.
