We had our roof replaced November 2024. Our sales person Luis, gave a good speech but never deliver a good customer service. 5 times he said he would come by and see the finished work of the roof, never, never showed up, so disappointed. Their office was not in communication with the workers in the field. Totally lost my confidence in this company

Best company I have had an experience with. I recomend clear energy to everyone. From the very beginning when they came to my house to inspect, it was awesome. The inspection was thorough and informative. I was impressed with the information about the materials and process of how they do roofs. I felt safe with how much they informed me through out the process. At the end of the walkthrough I had no questions or doubts. My roof came out good and installers were very professional and clean. A company you can truly trust.

I can not recommend this company first and foremost most because they do not return you calls. Had sliding doors, hallway doors and front door installed. They looked amazing! However, a few months later, thing seems to be coming apart. There are open spaces in the door frame. The handle to the door is now crooked. The metal part for the lock on one of the hall way doors came off and it has only been 7 months. But we have called and called, left messages and no one has returned our call. Last time I will accept an offer who comes to the door. I only gave two stars because it looked amazing right after the work was done and the workers were very friendly!

Had a new roof installed by Clear Energy Solutions, usually if a neighbor installs a roof you know if there a reputable and reliable. But in my case I was approached at my home by a sales representative. After he explained features like venting the pitch on my roof to have hot air escape from my attic I was impressed and through my whole experience with the help of a girl named Justa who actually kept me informed of the progress made me feel at ease,thank you.

The COVID-19 pandemic was minor for us in 2020 in comparison to our challenges in having this company manage our roofing and attic installation project.

Our home had a few issues with city permits and solar re-installation that delayed the completion of our roof but even after we completed these items (without any care or follow-up from this roofer), we are still waiting on this roofer to prioritize the full completion of our home project.

Next month will be one YEAR since we began this journey with CES and we've become accustomed to always waiting to be scheduled then being surprised when workers either showed up unexpectedly or not at all on the day/time we were advised.

In our experience, the name of this company is perfect because the one thing they did quickly was have our energy solutions CLEARED even before ensuring proper permits would be possible to obtain which left our home with no roof, no solar and no insulation for the practically the entire summer of 2020.

I highly recommend anyone considering hiring this company to check their rating on the California Better Business Bureau. Their sales process is designed to entice you with a significant discount by signing on the spot but don't be rushed, make sure you ask about all of the complaints they have been involved with and then pray that your home does not have any unforeseen issues that you'll be left on your own to resolve.
