Clean Earth did a fabulous job of demolishing and then rebuilding my deck! The technicians, Juan and Joe, were professional, experienced and helpful. (They moved much of my deck furniture that was too heavy for me to lift.) Ricardo, the superintendent, kept me apprised of work plans and was responsive to all my questions. Overall, they did an excellent job!

We had a terrible time with Clean Earth. We had high hopes as we have exceptional insurance that recommended we use them. We also had amazing contractors on the past two jobs that we had done in our home. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but great.

The pack in/pack out folks were amazing as were the people who came and did the final touch-ups at the end. However, the plumbers filled our house with gas the SECOND time they were called just to hook up the washer and dryer, and the flooring people were impossible to get in touch with, listened to nothing we asked for, and were unbelievably slow... often having only one extremely slow person there at a time even though we had stressed that we had a hard deadline everything needed to be done by.

The most difficult part of this job, though, was our project manager. He was terrible with communication and often condescending and dismissive. Since communication was primarily over text and it can be hard to tell true motives or nuances in intent over text, I tried to talk to him in person about some of the problems we'd been experiencing. We barely started our conversation when he walked out because he didn't like what I had to say. Unreal! I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional.

This was a difficult time in our lives for many more reasons than just the slab leak and damage from it that needed to be fixed. I can say without question that Clean Earth contributed to making that difficult time far, far more challenging than it needed to be.

Ricardo took over a project from another team that didn’t do the window flashing correctly. Ricardo explained to me in detail the process involved and was proactive in addressing any questions or issues I had. He communicated with me consistently and even late in the evenings to keep me updated on the repair progress. He’s very detail-oriented and has a strong QC mentality. Highly recommend him—I wish everyone could have his work ethic and patience!
