Could not have gone to better place, Brad was thee most helpful and friendly guy you could ever hope to meet, and only because of that we bought a and ordered a new top tier house from them. If he wasn't sure of something he instantly called manufacturing plant in our presence. On speak phone. About changes we wanted to know about. Absolutely amazing individual.

The salesman we used told every lie he could to get us to buy. We asked all the right questions and he told us what we wanted to hear. Our home needed to be totally remodeled before we could move in. The amount of damage was ridiculous. The never did come back and build a back deck. All lies. Even the home builder deer valley was no help. They sent drunk contractors out to do work.

Me and my wife had an excellent experience. Matt was the best at showing us the homes and explaining the features each one has. He also explained the building process as well as the timeframe we could expect depending on which home we purchased. There was no question he couldn’t answer! Will be back to purchase soon hopefully!

We mentioned to Matthew what we were looking for. He said go ahead all the doors are unlocked and check out various ones that you think you might be interested in. Come back here to the office and we will see what we can do for you. If you need assistance in any of them just let me know.
We were able to narrow it down to two different show models.
Once we're ready to make our purchase where to go back and meet with Matthew to finish up the details.
He was very understanding and very helpful. He even explained why there was no Deer Valley on the lot.
Have had different people who told us that this was a good place to look for a home. And everyone we talked to was very pleased even those that were out shopping today.
One thing I forgot to mention was if you guys could possibly put numbers on the doors so that people can write them down so they know which one they went to by the time they get back to the office. I know the Clayton Homes in Statesboro used to do that but I haven't been there in a long time.
