Originally, I called into the office to get assistance with an extension on my bill. The first customer service rep, attitude didn't seem as she wanted to assist me any further after advising I couldn't get an extension. Since, I was not eligible for the extension I went into the office to pay my bill. In the office I was assisted by Alexis. Alexis, was extremely helpful. Even without me asking (like I asked the rep on the phone) she asked me if a had a leak? I told her I think so. She than provided me a goodie bag that can help with finding leaks and explained additional resources they provide. Since, Alexis supervisor was in the lobby at the time, I expressed my gratitude for the young lady expectational service. FIVE STARS for ALEXIS!! Give her a bonus or a gift card to show her some appreciation

Veronica was very helpful. She did her best to make sure my daughter and I could have the water on today Friday 1/17 so that we didn't have to wait until after the MLK holiday Monday 1/20. I hate doing reviews but her service and effort over powers that. I am grateful.
