Staff was friendly answered all of our questions and repaired my dad's chain saw on the spot and returned it to him with in a half hour. Only draw back they did not cover the price and charge for parts and labor before the work was performed. However the charge was compatible to repair charges of local competitors.

On our riding mower we had new blades that have been of light-modest use. I have done business with them buying belts for it no problem there. But when it came to putting a small edge for maintenance purposes on blades that was never previously sharpened, over the phone the gentleman outright declined to. He hadn't seen the blades but said "it'd mess up the temper" - to sharpen the blades and balance em is not hard to do if you have the right tools. I can't be certain if you were just trying to line me up for buying new blades or not. Otherwise thankful
