Seems to be a nice river section. Boats are dock side loading. We share the dock with the ducks so watch your step. Small building to the south was open so a bathroom was available and vending machines. I used street parking so carry or bring your kayak cart. My visit was for the Lawrence Tome band performance. Good show.

Clark Park is such a great spot to relax or get active. The walking trails are peaceful with nice river views, and there’s plenty of open space to hang out or have a picnic. The sports fields are well-kept, and the boathouse is awesome for kayaking on a nice day. It’s clean, family-friendly, and never feels too crowded. Definitely one of my favorite parks in the city.

I’ve been coming here for years now, and this is one of my favorite parks in Chicago.

Best place for biking, running or walking and it feels completely safe for me when alone.

Beautiful scenery and nature along the water.

One if my favorite places in Chicago. My 8yr old rides her bike on the dirt bumps they have big ones for beginners and more advanced ones. Paved pathways for walking, jogging or riding bikes. No motorized vehicles allowed. Parking lot. Great place for a picnic. Has washrooms inside. Can rent kayaks, or bring your own. Has a dock to the Chicago river. Ducks and geese are nice to watch.

This is a city park with a decent running and biking path, a field and most importantly, a dock where you can rent kayaks, canoes and such. There are restrooms available at the Boat House. It runs by the Chicago River’s north stretch.
Kayaking in the city is a unique experience and even tough the river is not super clean, there is still wildlife to be spotted.

Really a landing spot from the bike/pedestrian bridge over the river. The view of the river from the boat house dock is great and you get good views of Lane.
