I started therapy with Matt roughly 4 years ago. He is very easy to talk to, very understanding, and doesn’t have a judgmental bone is his body. Because of this, the environment and atmosphere of the sessions helped me work through, understand better, and resolve some issues that I had dealt with for years prior. I was also given the tools to help navigate tough mental moments on my own. Now, I only set up a few sessions on an as needed basis when I need some extra help. You can tell Matt really cares about about his clients. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, down to earth, intuitive, and everything I had previously looked for in a therapist.
