Gentleman said they do not take tv i.e. electronics. Asked for manager...said manager was not there. No point in wasting your gas or time

They rushed us when they didn’t close until 445. They were dishonest of the amount that we had. My gross pounds were 80 and my net pounds went down to 20. They totally ripped us off and took our money after a year of saving up cans bottles, aluminum cans, water, containers, and glass bottles. We only left with 198. They did us wrong It was only three girls separating and bringing recyclables and he knew that that was a time to get over on us. He was rude and I didn’t have signs on how to separate recyclables in where to put the glass bottles at he made me put the recyclables in a white container and then messed up my pounds on all my weighs Worst place I've ever been there scale but the scale was off totally me less copper than I turned in and then when I turned it back in again right away with somebody else that had an idea they still shorted him more money I understand the identification part but you criminals didn't want to give the scrap back and when I did it was less then I turned in that is not legal infact I'm sure there is a lae enforcement agency that should be contacted maybe the BBB and why do u give less money when they bring in more it should be the same price for 5 pounds that u get 500 pounds that's y u don't tell people how much u give for copper and ask how much they have so u can rip them off more and u guys didn't treat it as the same coper he was a sperate incident and burned him bad we had about 36 pounds and walked out with $25 how can u justify your criminal activity and the fact u are trying to justify it leads me to believe as the owner your fully aware of the felonious activity of your employeesof coper well than they put on the ticket so they keep trying to short people every chance they get their crooks their criminals nobody should go there

My visits in the past we're typically good, but on today the man name "Jack" at the scale thought it was okay to snatch two little bags out of my hand! While letting me know they don't accept anything from bags instead of just letting me fix the issue. My problem was not the rule; it was the snatching and saying he was going to count them, but he didn't even take time to look inside the bag. I work customer service and that's not how you treat people, that is what we call "poor customer service!"

I was almost cheated $5 if I would not have checked out my receipt and said you owe me $5 the cashier would have cheated mee and who ever else replied on his honesty the manager was very rude made excuses for him PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BE FOR LEAVING GOOD LUCK GOD BLESS

This place is so dirty they need to rinse the grounds and sweep constantly. They should have one person sweeping and picking up broken glass etc…

A well-maintained clean recycling center. I checked in at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning and completed recycling sale within 10 minutes. For faster service, pre-sort, clean, and properly pack your recycling items before heading out here.

First timer here! I felt as if the rates were fair, really quick process, and the guy at the scale today was very helpful and friendly. Don't have much to compare it to since it was my first time but we broke some glass and he was nice enough to say that they would clean it up.
