My water quit working for no apparent reason. I was fraud it was a broken pipe due to freezing. I called at 7:30 in the morning. They had someone out to check it within the hour and got it back on. A neighbor had turned it off by mistake. They called me immediately after he diagnosed the problem and assured me that all was well and explained that the neighbor had turned it off thinking it was his. The woman in the office was so pleasant and helpful as well as the technician who fixed the problem. Way to go City of Prescott.
