I called Watershed Management on 2/5/25, The 311 customer service was friendly and helpful and got me to the correct department quickly. I set up an appointment to have someone come out and they were there in under 2 hours. I was given clear instruction on what to do next, I did that, and called back with the same experience.

On 2/6/25, workers were out in the morning assessing the situation and they were also very friendly and informative.

2/7/25 workers were back out at 8a and it is 10:30a and they are already done with the work. All of these workers were very friendly and professional as well.

I am so impressed with the DWM and their prompt and efficient response throughout this entire experience. Thank you!!

Thank you city of Atlanta for resolving my sewage issue after hours on a FRIDAY! Thank you to the lady who answered my call and efficiently communicated my concern to the appropriate team. Thank you gentleman for coming out at 9:30pm and staying until the issue was solved. I am very grateful and have to give them a great review.

I have called on 4 other occasions and waited over 30 minutes each time, with no answer at all. I put in my request for disconnection on July 12th for an August 1st disconnect date - 9 days later it has still not been disconnected. When contacted via email there was supposedly a case created, but follow up within 3 days did not occur as they claimed it would. I will simply not be paying for a home I no longer reside and gave proper notice for disconnect. Supar customer service, at best.

Four main breaks in one day! This is not a coincidence, this is the result of poor maintenance of our entire water system. This is just like our terrible roads that don’t get fixed. We called Friday morning and they told us they didn’t know what the issue was. This was several hours after 3 main breaks. Why are we living like this? I can’t shower or flush the toilet. Boiling all water and businesses are closed too. Get to work already and let us know what’s going on. There are no social media updates and your website continues to be down. Get it together.

If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. I honestly think the only resolution to the gross incompetence displayed by employees of this department would be to start from scratch by firing everyone. The good news is that current service is so poor, that even by picking up homeless people off the street, customer service would likely improve by orders of magnitude. Honestly a random number generator could probably run this company better than the imbecile in charge. If their intentions are to transfer money from the pockets of their constituents into their own while providing as little value as possible, then they have passed with flying colors. They have no regard for your time, your safety, or your money. It might be more worthwhile to dig a well than to deal with these people. Avoid at all costs

Charges me 70+ a month even when I’m not in town for a month. Every time I try to reach customer help no one is working. But they’ll be prompt about shutting my water off. Feels like extortion. Paid a $700 bill because I hadn’t paid 5 month’s worth- thinking back it seems absurdly high but I assumed it was late fees.

Recently I had my service disconnected after planning on moving to a new home. I was suppose to move to a different county but a last minute issue with the rental company came up that changed my plans. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to notify City of Atlanta prior to disconnection. Long story short, I had to call several times and go up to the Marietta St. location in person in order to get my issue resolved. Literally everyone that I spoke with has been extremely helpful in escalating my concerns. I genuinely wasn’t expecting that. Usually with things like this some of the people can be pretty rude but it was quite the opposite this time. Ms. Kim at the in person location was extremely helpful in assisting me get my water back connected. I eventually had to call the emergency after hours number last night around 8PM when my water hadn’t been turned back on just yet. The young lady who answered the phone was so helpful and was able to escalate my issue to her manager and they had someone out there within 2 hours! Idk if I just got lucky and caught everybody on the right day. But I am really thankful. I did not want to spend the weekend without any water. Thanks again ladies!
