These people are the most racist people of Faribault. I literally have caught them spreading my trash all over my driveway and alley. They have purposefully not picked up my garbage and when I called them I was told it was for non payment which is a flat out lie. Then she proceeds to say a letter was sent on Aug. 8th, mind you it’s Sept. 13th, but my bill was paid in full for August. Hmmm, sounds a bit fishy. They have consistently dumped my trash cans and left garbage all through my drive way and makes it look like we have trash just thrown out. I’ve dealt with this for the last few years. We have to clean the driveway every time they come and pick up trash. When I called to report it and cancel service I was hung up on, but since they know they threw trash all over my alley and driveway they offered to give me a refund. I would Not refer anyone to them.

My landlord uses them as our garbage company. It wasn't long after I moved in I found out they won't take anything not in a bag. I informed my new neighbor, they won't take anythinG without a bag because she put a box in the trash they wouldn't take. So she removes everything and puts it in a bag. Week 3, they still haven't taken it and leave our garbage can half full. Disappointed but otherwise they're always prompt and on time. I like the recycling service, they use a garbage truck to pick up and dump the cans. Not with trash, it's a person making the choice not to take the bag out the can...

Terrible company cant send out a bill or anything. Have missed some trash pickups multiple times. They dont take everything out of the bin. Pure laziness. Not impressed at all with this company and will be switching.
