I looked up a surface mount 2 gang box on their website and thought since they had a store on my side of town, I would try to support our local retailers instead of ordering it online. The young gentlemen I first talked to was mannerful and brought out a few interior wall mounted boxes. Understable since surface mount boxes are not that prevelant. He asked his coworker for some help, and the coworker started his demeaning attitude towards me and asked me how I intended on how I was going to use the box I asked for. I said I just wanted the surface mounted electrical box. He told me to go to Ace Hardware. Well, I had some choice words for that comment, and then the next employee came out and stated they are just trying to make sure I don't hurt myself. These guys had no idea of my background, but I thought I didn't need to give people like this my business. I don't ever try to come off as condescending to anyone, but the last 2 guys I talked to were unbelievable. Well, I guess Amazon is going to get their business. So much for trying to help out the local retailers.
