I worked with City Electric Supply for over a month to obtain me estimates for 10,500 feet of cable and was looking at making them my main supply house for future jobs. I sign up for an account, provide my personal information and credit card and finally they never respond to me. If they were behind or can't supply to me, they could have simply communicated directly to me. I've been working with electrical for decades and never experienced this, unprofessional. 🙁

I contacted CES about a meter box that was purchased from them 8 months ago that had developed a problem related to a manufacturer's defect. Due to the severity of the issue the power had to be cut. When I called in CES they had no similar models in stock. But Michael and Jerry from CES understood the urgency of the situation and took on the problem head-on. They found a matching unit about 70 miles away. Jerry drove and got the replacement and had it waiting on me that night when I arrived! Outstanding Customer Service! For these 2 gentlemen to go through all that effort was astounding! Thank You.

Im very disappointed in this store, I purchased 25ft of metal flex and what I received was 23ft, this was deliberate, I'd understand 10in or less off but this is expensive conduit and for this store to be careless of what they give to their customers and charge them is wrong, check your cut pieces of wire and conduit purchased in this store
