I called the day before, 5 minutes before closing, they told me they had the wire, I arrived the next day and they didn't want to sell, what a way of saying don't come to buy, time to look for another store.

Very horrible customer service !!!!no one spoke to me while I was there ,waiting to be served. There Three dividuals behind the register and no one said give me a minute and I’ll be with you nothing.

I would no longer go to your store location or I will never have any of my crew ever buy anything from your store if your customer service is like this that represent CES as a whole please do better with training your people on customer service thank you

I called midtown location fist to ask if they had a cover for my electrical panel. The guy I spoke wasn’t helpful and a little rude/short while I was trying to explain my issue. I didn’t give up on City Electric I decided to call Doravile location. I was met with understanding and great customer service on the phone. When I arrived the experience was even better. Maggie went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. She called me back and kept me in the loop trying to explore other options to get my issue resolved and with her help all my problems was solved. Thanks again Maggie and City Electric Doravile you have a customer for life.

They have no clue in the commercial electrical field. I was told they dont make a 2" LB. The young guy and the older guy is the only good sells people there.
