100% the best experience with Andrew Kidwell. I’ve had many different solar companies approach me in the past, but when Andrew Kidwell came to my door, he had it in him. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and knows how to explain everything step-by-step. If he comes to your home, I highly recommend you hear him out. He made the whole process smooth and comfortable. He is very easy to contact and communicate with and will give you help and answers ASAP.

One of their sales people stole our contact information from their previous job at AT&T a couple years ago. They sent me an email saying how "someone from my team helped you get set up with AT&T internet" and "I am reaching out to all of my previous customers" and "I moved industries over to clean home energy". I am an AT&T customer, not you. CitizenOne Energy is not an AT&T affiliate, and should not have my information.

Their BBB is 1-Star with an A+ rating, right...

Update: Now they are spamming me with text messages.

Update: I got a call from Andrew/Drew ​Kidwell​ stating that he was correct to take my information, even though I have opted out of all AT&T information sharing. After he sent me a text, again, saying how he's right for using my personal information from when he worked at AT&T. He said he would remove my information and not contact me anymore, but proceeded to do so immediately after. He also tried to add me on Facebook and LinkedIn and had to be blocked.

Update: The company owner texted me and has apologized and promised to follow up with Andrew and have him remove AT&T users information. He did seem sincere. I'm leaving my review, since this was my experience with one of their active employees.
