Do NOT under ANY circumstances use Churchill Tire & Battery. We purchased an expensive set of tires for my SUV from Churchill and had them handle the installation. When I received the car back from them, my tire pressure monitoring system light was already on for the back driver side tire. I immediately went back in to inform the staff and the woman at the counter said “oh, you just need to drive it for a while, it will go off”. Regretfully, I took her word for it and drove my car away. The new tire continued to lose air and was completely flat by the morning. It was a holiday weekend, and we were forced to use a different vehicle for travel out of town.

I reached out to Churchill on the first morning they were open after the holiday and was told they could not fit me in to fix their mistake. This is not acceptable customer service, when the issue is so clearly their fault, and should take priority. The receptionist (who claimed to also be the manager and owner) became angry and HUNG UP ON ME! No apology or attempt to make the situation right, just excuses and horrible customer service. We were forced to take our vehicle to another service center in town and pay to correct Churchill’s shoddy workmanship. Do yourself a favor and avoid having ANY work done by Churchill Tire. They do not stand behind their work product.

Poor communication, told me tire would be shipped and in the shop next day... Turned out to be next week then after calling multiple times to check on status of work being done, and they said they forgot to call. Trust the bad reviews they're pretty accurate.

Very professional service . They really helped us out of a bind. We were traveling thru in camper and needed odd size tire. Ordered that day and had us on our way. I felt very at home. Everyone at tire center treated us well. Definitely recommend.

I found myself three hours from home, a flat, two dogs in the car, and an almost dead cell phone. The staff here was able to get my tire repaired and me back on the road very quickly for a very fair price. Would absolutely stop here again if I'm in the area.

A family member Showed up for their appointment and found out they never scheduled the appointment that they said they scheduled. So the car is still broken and I will never recommend them to anyone. I wasted my time and gas following them there to pick them up.
