This company bought out BSG, the company that initially installed our home AV equipment and alarm in 2018. We have had only false alarms that brought out the police on multiple occasions. We have updated equipment. Just tried to install a new TV system. It is still not installed correctly. Phone calls not returned. Appointments set weeks away when service is needed now. I do not recommend this company that is based in Alabama. The technician told me all calls to the local number are sent to Alabama headquarters.

Tommy was a great installer. On time professional, efficient. He was also very patient setting up the cameras and explaining the system to me. I highly recommend this company.
