It's been a while since I had Ching's Chinese Restaurant. The food is great. Very hot, fresh, and made to order. The food is of great quality. There are plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend it.

Ordered via Door Dash as I usually do. First time ordering from here as I am just passing through with my rig. I judge a Chinese restaurant on their Teriyaki Chicken on a stick. If you like your chicken with the consistency of beef jerky, this is your place. I prefer keeping the shoe leather on my feet.
But of course I ate it. Waste not want not. But above all else I thank the lord for providing a meal.

I don't get how people can rate this place high. It's NOT a dine-in restaurant. They don't even serve you water. And the food quality is awful. The rice was dry and stale. Kung Pao Chicken was tasteless. Never again. Not even for take out.

Can’t speak on atmosphere because the food was delivered. Why are you charging $13 for a kid sized box of food? The ribs were not seasoned, overcooked and dry. The beef fried rice had zero seasoning. Just sad.

Probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in Normal! I’ve always had good service and fresh hot food. The wonton soup is a must. The pork fried rice and honey chicken is always good too.

Listen, all us Foodies know that the small “Mom & Pop” shops, “Roach Coach’s”, “Dives” and “Hole in the Wall” places are the best place to eat! This place should NOT be overlooked!
I did a signing with some wonderful people there today and had the honor of tasting their food. Now, my husband and I are Chinese Foodies and I am at a loss for words! The food at this amazing little place is LITERALLY the BEST Chinese Food we have EVER eaten!
We live in a tiny rural central Illinois town and it is a drive to get there but I am telling you it is so good we would drive to Normal just to get our Chinese fix from this off the chart’s restaurant!
