I called to get an estimate to upgrade my electrical panel in order to support a future pool, the guy came out and made it sound like a huge ordeal to do this upgrade and then asked if I still wanted an estimate, I told him yes. He never gave me one and when I called to inquire on when I would receive said estimate the receptionist asked if I wanted to leave this guy a message. I told her no, I just wanted the cost/estimate. She, the receptionist then assumed that I didn't want an estimate and informed her supervisor that I didn't want an estimate so when I called back again the supervisor spoke with me then he came out to do an estimate. He said that it was definitely doable and it wasn't a big problem but then never gave me an estimate either. The supervisor that came out was much nicer than the first guy (who made it sound like it was going to cost me a million dollars and he was going to have to move heaven and Earth in order to do the panel upgrade) but the company overall fell short of my expectations as I never received any estimate at all.

While the electrical work may be appropriate, we had a very hard time scheduling work to be done that was contracted to be done, getting calls back and getting a proper invoice. On a $5,000 invoice, $2,500 non-itemized supplies. Upon several requests no itemization was provided. Again, the technical work once they show up is fine, project management and accounting is unacceptable. Oh, yeah, and they forgot to bill and remind of payment due but instead transferred it to collections. Unacceptable!
