the worst chicfila. typical chicfila’s are always busy, but with speedy service. This one takes 30 minutes to get you a chicken biscuit when it’s not even class change time, meaning they have few orders.

The place is horrible. Waited 20 minutes no food. People who ordered 10 minutes after me got there order. So at the 20 minute mark I told them I want my money back. Not even an apology from the manager. If you people don't like working there move on. I can't give a low enough rating.

Horrible service took so long. There was no sense of urgency and workers just stood around. It took forty minutes to get my food and made me late to class šŸ™

Chick fil-A is probably the best place to get chicken sandwiches. The fried one is just *muah* chef's kiss.

I really enjoy their salads too. Fresh quality ingredients, good choices of veggies and delicious dressings.

The grilled chicken sandwich is also really good.

Service is good but slow here as it is always super crowded. Faster at other locations, but food is always super fresh here.

Atmosphere is aight I guess.

My order was botched twice. Once I was given the wrong food and the second time the self checkout kiosk ended up giving me grilled nuggets instead of a chicken sandwich.

By far the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. 3/5 times they give you no sauce. Usually you’ll wait 10-15ish minutes for your food, but there’s about a 1/4 chance that you’ll wait 45 minutes and they’ll still mess up your order somehow. If you order a sandwich it’s a 50/50 whether or not you’ll get pickles. If you order a salad that comes with toppings in a bag on the side you will literally never receive them. They also don’t ever want to check to make sure your order is being made even if you tell them you’ve been waiting 40 minutes. They just assume the system they’re running is so infallible that no mistakes could ever be made. I’m a sophomore and I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for my food at least 5 times, even having to cancel my order and get a refund after about 70 minutes one time because they wouldn’t make a new order slip. they just figured that it would turn up somewhere and that it hadn’t been lost, even though about 100 people had come and gotten their food in the time we were waiting. If you don’t have a meal plan with flex, it’ll almost always be worth it to just go to the Standard Chick-Fil-A

Quite possibly the most poorly-managed business on the campus. They have a guy bagging orders and placing them on a table next to the expo station. Waits for about 50 people to form a crowd waiting around, THEN, with no urgency whatsoever, starts calling out people’s names in a low, almost whispering tone. Multiple other workers are laughing and talking to each other, and a poor older lady has to take over for this guy and start yelling out orders. Absolutely pitiful.
